Filing a Claim for loss or damage for UPS, FedEx or DHL |

· Save ALL the packing material and box. The carriers will automatically refuse to pay a claim if they cannot inspect the box and packing materials the items were shipped in.
· Report the damage by calling the appropriate carrier. UPS - 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) FedEx - 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) DHL - 1-800-247-2676
· Contact the MAIL DEPOT at 757-463-4107 or manager@maildepot1.com and we will take it from there.
Keep handy any receipts or other proof of value. This makes processing your claim go more quickly. Claims and tracers can only be placed on the above carriers. Parcels shipped via USPS now have insurance options available! |
