Private Mailbox Services
24 Hour access and ample parking make it easy to run in and out to get your mail.  We'll accept your UPS, FedEx or DHL deliveries and you can call us to check your box. Ask about forwarding services.  Like to Ebay?  Don't give strangers your home address - use ours and we'll keep your package safe until you pick it up.

Notary Public
The person signing must be present and have valid, state issued, photo identification for the document to be notarized.

Sorry, we cannot make certified copies of marriage, divorce, birth or death certificates.

Documents must be prepared and filled in prior to notarization but
NOT SIGNED. The purpose of the notary is to witness the signature.

Cost is $5 per signature notarized. 

Shipping Services
Mail Depot is an Authorized Shipping Outlet for UPS and was recognized as one of UPS' Top 100 ASOs for 2009.  We have enjoyed a great relationship with UPS since 1980 and are grateful for the recognition.

The United State Postal Service has granted Mail Depot Authorized Retail Outlet status. We sell stamps, offer full services including Priority and Express Mail and send packages APO/FPO.  

Mail Depot is an Authorized ShipCenter for FedEx.  We can ship all classes of FedEx products.  We are also an Authorized Shipper for DHL.

We cheerfully accept Drop Off packages from the above carriers.

Boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, sheet styrofoam can all be found at the Mail Depot.  We carry decorative shipping boxes and padded bags. Perfect for birthdays or other special events.

Yes!  We sell stamps.  You'll be in and out in a flash.  No long wait and no confusing vending machine.

Self service Black & White copies, full color copies, large volume copies and full color Poster Sized prints all available at Mail Depot

Business Cards
Order today by 2pm and have your business cards ready to pick up tomorrow.  Some special orders take longer, but usually no more than a day or two.  Full color or traditional thermography from a local vendor.

Passport Photos
We can have your photo made in just moments.  No appointment necessary.

Keys
House keys and car keys are cut while you wait.  We have plain keys or you can find your favorite sports team with our line of Wackeys from Hillman.

Custom Packing
Not ready to take on packing your Grandmother's set of china?  Bring it to us.  We'll safely pack your items while you watch.  Mail Depot guarantees to honor any damage claim of packages packed and shipped with Mail Depot.
